Presented by The Resorts of Dana Point, IlluminiOcean has turned Dana Point Harbor into an electrifying area that will last 40 nights and is free to the public.
An extravaganza of light greeted those on site at sundown November 27, as the switch was thrown to light up IlluminOcean. For those that missed it, there will be ample opportunity to catch the light display over the next few weeks.
This type of long-lasting event that has the potential to draw big crowds is an example of when a banner printing service can prove particularly useful. A banner, when prominently displayed, informs both residents and visitors about the upcoming event and how long it will last.
The display features 18 supersized lighting sculptures, including frolicking fish, enchanted mermaids, an octopus, leaping dolphins, and a starfish. They share the harbor area with a long, surreal light tunnel and towering glow-motion tree.
The display it is not the only reason for visitors to stop in Dana Point during the holiday season. Throughout the city, colorful Banners, decorated lampposts, and lighted trees will provide a festive atmosphere for those wishing to do some shopping, meet for a meal, or go for drinks downtown.
The holiday spectacle takes place every evening through January 3 from sundown to 10:00 pm weeknights, and on weekends until 11:00 pm.Get a Free Quote for Banners
