A weekend of crafting is on the way to Dana Point, and it will give those who enjoy working with their hands a chance to do so in a fun and social setting.
Dubbed “Denim and Diamonds,” the weekend will take place at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Doheny Beach, welcoming crafters of all kinds. Accommodations and space in the crop room can be covered in the ticket price for anyone interested.
Attendees will each be given the use of a six-foot table to work on, and while they do, they can socialize and see what other local makers are up to. A raffle draw for some Promotional Products will be held, and a pop-up store offering both crafting supplies and completed pieces will be on site as well. A massage therapist will be on hand, and everyone will be able to enjoy their breakfast, lunch and dinner on site or at a different nearby location.
The cost to be part of this crafting weekend will depend upon whether or not accommodations are included. Swag for many types of occasions will be available for ordering at a printing services company.
The “Denim and Diamonds” weekend of creativity for area crafters will run from January 6 to January 8, which is a week early than the original scheduled dates.
