Korean organization plans Western-themed member mixer

A California community is about to offer members of the Korean American Law Enforcement Organization (KALEO) a taste of the Old West, and this Brea area celebration promises to be fun for all.

The organization, which serves as an advocacy, support and networking group, has put together a gathering it has dubbed the “wildest hoedown in the West.” Guests are encouraged to enter into the spirit of the day by wearing their favorite Western garb, and ticket prices start at $65 for KALEO members and $85 for non-members.

While the attendees mix and mingle, looking forward to the year ahead, they can enjoy some refreshments and entertainment. The organizers explained there will be a raffle draw, and other free giveaways are also on the agenda. A grand prize will be presented to the best-dressed guest, and the proceeds from the function are slated to be used for scholarship programs and other community projects.

A themed celebration may really benefit from the services of a poster printing company, and it will be able to craft a variety of decor without having to break the bank. Orders may be placed online, in person, or over the phone, making a professional printer a convenient option.

The 2023 KALEO Hoedown will bring the fun to Great Wolf’s Lodge on Saturday, January 21. The doors of the event will open at 6:00 pm.
