The Brea City Council will soon be hosting an event designed to bring together residents for a good cause. Volunteers will be asked to complete a series of community projects, and each of these is intended to benefit the local retail industry.
Known as Go. Serve. Brea, this event is one portion of a larger year-round initiative. The main goal is to improve Brea infrastructure, to assist relatively new businesses, and to foster a burgeoning economy. However, attendees can also network with one another, and meet other like-minded individuals who wish to make a positive impact.
After arriving to the event, guests can select from a series of projects. They will also be provided with any tools that may be necessary. This is also a mobility-friendly gathering, so it is just as suitable for those who may not be able to travel long distances.
Community-driven initiatives normally use well-established marketing strategies to accommodate tight budgets. Organizers may partner with local Print shops to create Flyers, create informative Posters, and encourage attendees to exchange contact details for future reference.
Go. Serve. Brea is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 25th. Those who wish to participate are asked to arrive at the Brea Civic Center located at 1 Civic Center Circle at 8 AM. While free to attend, organizers say that donations are welcome.
