Brea area plans Flamingo Bingo fundraiser

An evening of fun with a purpose will see Brea and other local communities come together, and the proceeds from the occasion will be used to fund programming for at-risk children and youth.

The fundraiser, which has been dubbed “Flamingo Bingo,” will see a friendly game where the players try their luck at winning an assortment of prizes, each of which is valued at $25 or more. Both single-person and table-of-eight tickets are available.

When they arrive for activity, the players will be able to mingle over a cocktail or other drink, and a catered dinner will be served. Everyone will also be able to enjoy dessert and the no-host bar, and there will be multiple games of bingo taking place. The function has been organized by the Exchange Club of Tutsin and is one of its community service projects.

A bingo fundraiser be an easy event for the local business community to get involved in and show its support. Businesses will be able to sponsor the activity either monetarily or by donating Corporate Gifts, and this offers a way for a company to both get involved and show its civic pride.

Flamingo Bingo Night is set to welcome ticket holders at 6:30 pm on Friday, August 19. The Clifton C. Miller Community Center has made arrangements host the occasion.
