The new California Fish Grill has opened in Anaheim this summer. The seafood chain is located throughout California, and offers customers eco-certified fish that is farm raised or caught in the wild.
The new location has received a high rating on Yelp among local customers after just opening. The seafood chain has been open since 1998 and is only to connected reputable fisheries, as well as being part of the Monterey Aquarium Bay Seafood Watch.
The concept is fast-casual, allowing customers to order at the counter and have their meals delivered to the table when ready. It has outdoor dining in good weather.
Grilled fish is cooked with olive oil, garlic butter sauce, Cajun style, and with chimichurri sauce. The eatery serves salmon, tuna, trout, catfish, sea bass, white fish and shellfish, all with two sides.
Other entrees include skewered shrimp, scallops, battered fish, and fish and chips. There is a children’s menu with battered fish, chicken strips, and breaded shrimp. Entrees come with fries or coleslaw.
Guests can also try fish tacos, which come with rice, beans, and a soft drink. They can be stuffed with tomato, cabbage, cilantro mix, and pickled onions.
