Anaheim firefighters put their lives on the line in service to their community, and a training course that will soon be taking place will ensure they have the skills they need to get the job done.
Elite Command Training has seats available in its upcoming Company Office 2A course, which will address issues related to human resource management. Those who participate will be able to take their new knowledge back to their own workplace, and the learning will be delivered by instructors with real world experience.
The learners in the four-day workshop will be introduced to a variety of topics that may be helpful to them in personnel management. They will discuss evaluating the performance of their company members, how to design and implement health and safety plans, and also how to create a culture where policies and procedures are a part of their everyday working life, rather than just at the emergency scene.
The registration fee for this learning opportunity is $450 each. When they have completed their training, the students will receive their California State Fire Marshal Certificate. Educational materials for a course can be prepared by area Stationery printers.
The North Net Training Center in Anaheim will be running this class series from February 21 to February 24. The venue can be found at 2400 E Orangewood Avenue.
