Aspiring baseball players to try out in Heathmont
Young fitness fans in the Heathmont area will be encouraged to try out baseball in March at the Heathmont Baseball Club. Sports facilities often make use of local stationery printers to produce advertisements to be displayed within community spaces.
The ‘Come and Try’ days consists of a safe environment for young people to have a go at drills, exercises and baseball fundamentals in order to spark interest in this popular and exciting sport. The committee at the club has an increased focus this year on developing young people by providing a safe, enjoyable and welcoming team experience. Participating in a team sport is a positive activity that promotes camaraderie and resilience, skills that can be used as solid building blocks for life in general. Junior games are played on Saturday mornings and typically last one and a half hours.
