- Visibility: Print your name tags in high contrasting colours, preferably a dark text on a light background. Black and bold letters will suffice on a white background. Make sure the writing is big enough for visitors to read from a distance without straining their eyes. Rather stick with basic font types instead of going the fancy route as cursive fonts may prove difficult to read.
