Bounce Back SA promoting solidarity within local communities
Bounce Back SA is an initiative by Minuteman Press International to get South African businesses to come together and support each other in their efforts to recover from the pandemic's economic impacts. It started in Nashville, Tennessee, just before the US government’s notice to its citizens to shelter in place to combat the spread of the virus.
John Taylor, the owner of a Nashville Minuteman Press franchise, came up with a way to promote solidarity support among his neighbouring businesses and decided to Print and distribute COVID-19 awareness Posters for free. He then went a step further and created an online platform on which firms could create free listings.
South African franchises soon followed suit, leading to the launch of the Bounce Back South Africa initiative. Now local businesses can visit the initiative’s website and order their free COVID-19 awareness Posters, as well as listing their products and services for free.
