Minuteman Press Kempton Park started on 1 September 2000. On 1 September 2010 we bought the franchise from the previous owner. At that stage we had a staff compliment of four. With hard work and dedication we grew the shop and currently have a staff compliment of 10. In the last financial year the turnover grew with 50%.
Our goal is to build a Minuteman Press centre that is a leading, state of the art digital facility in South Africa. We strive to have a diverse team of employees to do the right thing at the right time, and have the opportunity to be the preferred supplier for all printing needs where customers can have peace of mind when dealing with us.
This brings me to the next three points:
1. To be a leading, state of the art digital facility we need better equipment and that is why we have bought the wide format printer and the new colour machine as well as a new black production machine. See photos athttp://on.fb.me/15ibKAM and http://bit.ly/colourmachine.
2. To have a diverse team of employees to do the right thing at the right time. This has been the main reason why we and our staff has pro-actively been going to training from May, including Customer Service, Jnr. Management, Labour and Law in the Workplace, First Aid and Leadership and Mentoring. With all the knowledge and skills we are gaining we hope to grow our business in diverse ways.
3. To be the preferred supplier for all printing needs where customers can have peace of mind when dealing with us. This why we are implementing new systems which include a new telephone and network system. This way we will be able to communicate better with you our valued customer. We are also available on
