This month will be the time for the 4th Annual Arlington Festival of the Arts, in which more than 150 artisans will have their creations on display and these items may also be purchased.
Art such as paintings (both whimsical and contemporary art), photography, life-size sculptures, hand-crafted jewelry, pottery, and glass will be available. Item pricing will range from as little as $25 for earrings, to as much as $50,000 for metal sculptures. During the last hour of the event, a free piece of art from one of the festival’s exhibitors will be presented to a lucky attendee.
The exhibitors have been selected by a jury process to be sure that the art displayed meets the criteria of Howard Alan Events, which has produced art festivals at over 40 venues for more than 25 years. Sunshine Artist magazine has rated these art festivals in the country’s top 100 art shows.
Everyone will want to mark their Calendars for this Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17. The event will run from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm both days, and will begin at the corner of N. Highland Street and Washington Blvd.in the Clarendon section of Arlington. As always, the festival will be free, but attendees will want to bring means for buying some of the artwork and for dining in the nearby eateries.Get a Free Quote for Calendars
