There are going to be several ways for people in Arlington to watch the DC fireworks display this July 4.
Viewing spots are the Air Force Memorial, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Gravely Point, and Long Bridge Park.
The Celebration at Long Bridge Park is set to feature food and drink for purchase, live music, kickball games, moon bounces, and face painting. Arts and crafts vendors will be on hand to sell items such as photographs, clothing, home décor, and handmade jewelry. After dark, the park offers top quality views of the capital's fireworks display. People can bring their own blankets or chairs to watch the show. Sponsorships are available from $250 up to $1,000.
There are also going to similar celebrations in other Arlington neighborhoods, such as Lyon Village, Lee Heights, and Albemarle. Several of these events also include a parade.
Vendors who are participating in these celebrations may decide to invest in services such as banner printing to bring more attention to their booths. Organizers might also purchase signage and Posters to advertise.
The Celebration at Long Bridge Park is taking place on July 4 from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm. There is no parking at the park, but there will be shuttle service from Crystal City Metro and Pentagon City. To find out more information about this event, call 703-228-3329.
