The Arlington area will play host to four fall festivals during September.
The first one, the Discover Arlington Fitness + Wellness Festival, will be Sunday, September 15 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm at Rosslyn’s Gateway Park. Local wellness companies and fitness studios will come together to offer fitness experiences and products to attendees. Some companies will be demonstrating meditation and yoga, giving massages and chiropractic treatments and selling heathy drinks and food items. Workouts lasting 10 minutes will take place every 20 minutes. Swag Bags filled with discounts, samples, and free classes passes will be handed out to the first 500 guests.
On the 21st, Clarendon Day will offer eight blocks of music on multiple stages, arts and crafts vendors, nonprofit and businesses exhibitors, and a huge kids’ area. Local restaurants will be selling food and beverages. This event will run from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm in Clarendon.
Crystal City Oktoberfest will run from 1:00 until 4:00 pm on September 28. Guests will get to hear a polka band, eat plenty of German goodies like sausages and pretzels, and enjoy brews from over 50 regional breweries. Tickets will include custom Mugs featuring the event’s Logo Design.
Finally, on September 29, the Valley Fest Street Festival in Four Mile Run Valley will also have live entertainment, food trucks, and a kids’ zone. Local artists will display and sell their original works. A 12-ounce Valley Fest cup featuring the event’s graphic design comes with each ticket.
