Grammy-nominated singer to perform in Feasterville Trevose

Ray Owen will visit the Bucks County Free Library in Feasterville Trevose to give a performance in July.

Ray Owen: Hats Off to America is a musical program where people can experience American history through the music that defined the country’s different eras. The show is split into three parts, including Early American Life, Transportation and Western Expansion, and The Twentieth Century. Owen will play instruments like the harmonica, banjo, and guitar. Guests will get to hear songs such as Old MacDonald Had a Farm, I’ve Been Workin’ on the Railroad, and Take Me Out to the Ballgame.

Ray Owen is a performer and cover artist who has worked with many famous singers during his career, including Garth Brooks and the Nashville Bluegrass Band. He has created many musical shows for children, like Ramblin’ Ray’s Wild West Show, The Song Imagineer, and Casey Jones and the Great American Railroad. Owen earned awards from several competitions, like the Mid-Atlantic Song Contest and the Music Factory Songwriting Competition.

The musical program with Ray Owen will be held on Friday, July 24th from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The event is suitable for all ages and will be free for library patrons to attend.
