West Berlin holistic class to teach reiki fundamentals
Reiki My Yoga will hold the Reiki Level 1 Certification Class this August for anyone in West Berlin interested in learning the fundamentals of Usui Reiki.
Reiki My Yoga is a holistic medicine practice led by Sae Gutierrez, a certified Reiki master teacher, integrated energy therapy practitioner, and yoga instructor. Usui Reiki was founded by Mikao Usui and is used by many holistic medicine followers to promote healing and relaxation mentally, emotionally, and physically. Devotees of the practice believe that Reiki provides the tools, along with proper exercise and healthy eating, to sustain a balanced state of health.
The class will delve into the fundamental Reiki principles, as well as the 21 days of energetic detox practice. Students will also learn the hand positions for self-treatment, the use of crystals in Reiki, and how to manipulate the seven major chakra points. To achieve a more elevated experience, organizers request that students avoid alcohol for 48 hours before the event, avoid eating processed food and caffeine, and meditate for a few minutes before class.
