West Berlin festival to offer family-friendly spookiness
In celebration of the Halloween season, West Berlin will welcome the 2nd annual Rev It Trunk or Treat event that offers safe festivities for the whole family.
Rev It Up is a martial arts school in the Berlin Township that specializes in Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, MMA, cardio boot camps, wrestling, and speed and agility training. The business also actively participates in the community by hosting events that appeal to a wide range of ages, such as the free community Halloween festival happening next month.
The trunk or treat event is going on its second year and will feature many of the same fun activities as last year. The venue will ensure that families have a safe space in which to enjoy a bit of seasonal spookiness and sugary treats. All ages of children are welcome and encouraged to come dressed in their best Halloween costumes. There will be themed activities and games, as well as candy booths. Local businesses interested in becoming sponsors or in renting a vendor booth can email hello@revitupnj.com.
Community festivals are often advertised on flyers that hosts can distribute in the community, which can bring business to local flyer printing shops.
The trunk or treat is scheduled for October 22 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. It will take place at Robert T. Clyde Memorial Recreation Complex on 122 Day Avenue.
