What's Happening in West Berlin, NJ…

Nearby township to host mental health fair

West Berlin locals should note that the nearby township of Voorhees will host the Annual Camden County Mental Health Resource Fair next month.

The fair exists as part of efforts by the Camden County Care Management Organization (CMO) to connect the community with various social services and mental health agencies and organizations that can be found in the area. Last year’s event had over 350 vendors present for the public to learn about, and the 2023 fair is expected to draw an even larger crowd.

Vendors will represent a wide range of mental health, public health, community assistance, and social services, including specifically crisis prevention, intellectual and developmental needs-related support programs, nutrition education, parenting and childcare services, and financial assistance and counseling. The event will also double as a job expo with hundreds of employer booths for job seekers to explore. There will also be special giveaways from sponsoring organizations like Cooper University Health Care, Aetna, and Values into Action.

Vendors attending community events like this will often bring along brochures to hand out to interested potential patrons. Local print shops specializing in brochure printing services for businesses may be helpful in situations like this.

The free fair is set for September 28 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. It will take place at the Voorhees Town Center, located at 2120 Voorhees Town Center, just five miles from West Berlin.
