Awards ceremony planned for exceptional South Jersey women
This September, SJ Magazine will host the 2021 Women of Excellence Awards in honor of six South Jersey women with exceptional achievements in the community.
SJ Magazine is a multimedia company and magazine that has become the leading source of information and entertainment for the South Jersey region. The six winners of the excellence awards were nominated by readers of the magazine and selected by an expert panel of judges. These six women and their corresponding awards are Loretta Winters, Lifetime Legacy; Shira Haaz, Business Excellence; Digna Townsend, Woman to Watch; Shelley Zion, Game Changer; Fatihah Abdur-Rahman, Inspiration; Tatiana Mitchell, Leadership.
The event will begin at 6:00 pm with an hour of networking and heavy hors d'oeuvres. There will also be a cash bar to purchase cocktails from. Events involving networking often encourage attendees to make sure they are prepared, which may mean visiting print shops specializing in business card printing. The evening will continue with the awards presentation happening during dessert.

It will take place at The Mansion at 300 Main Street in the Voorhees Township, just minutes from West Berlin. Tickets are $75 for general admission and $695 for a table of 10.
