Debby Siegel will offer two unique yoga sessions in June at Creve Coeur Lake in Maryland Heights.
Sunset SUP Yoga is an experience where guests take part in a yoga class while balancing on a stand-up paddleboard. The class helps students improve their balance and engage their core by replacing solid ground with water and a traditional yoga mat with the board. The paddleboards will be tethered to a mooring line, and the participants will be spaced more than six feet apart. The maximum number of students allowed in the course is 16, and the attendees renting a board from the venue must sign a waiver before the session.
Debby Siegel is a yoga instructor who uses her fresh ideas to engage with her students’ imaginations. She has co-founded several yoga festivals and retreats, and she also authors a blog where Siegel shares stories about her active and healthy experiences. The public yoga courses Siegel offers include Climbing Gym Classes and Life Time Frontenac. She even hosts corporate yoga sessions for organizations throughout St. Louis.
The first Sunset SUP Yoga class will be held on Monday, June 5 and the second session will be on Monday, June 19. Both lessons will last from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The total cost of each class is $31.40. Instructors who offer summer experiences like this may use poster printing to let more people know about their outdoor programs.
