SoTel acquires Teleswitch for international opportunity

Maryland Heights based telecom and VoiP service provider SoTel Systems, LLC has bought Miami based Teleswitch's international company.

They will rename it Teleswitch International and use it to reach customers in Latin America.

Cisco, Nortel, and Avaya equipment that has been refurbished is now available to Latin American integrators, resellers, and service providers along with new distribution gear from OEM. Teleswitch International has seven new employees and a warehouse, which was part of the acquisition. The warehouse will be a distribution center for SoTel's clients in South Florida, complete with inventory support and will-call. Most of the business in Latin America will be performed there also.

Ken Cooke, who used to be the president of Teleswitch, stated that the two companies have done business for many years and he is happy to see SoTel branch out into international territory. He will be part of the leadership team for Teleswitch International. CEO of SoTel Jim Geobel said his company wants their products to last throughout their customers' lives and he is eager to bring that quality to Latin American clients. SoTel provides business communication services and equipment.

With Teleswitch's acquisition and change to Teleswitch International, the employees are going to need new Business Cards. More importantly, they will need ones in Spanish. A reputable business card printing company is ideally placed to take such a product on board.
