Possible new stadium for the Rams

Attorney Alan Bornstein is the business partner of St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke. He is looking into buying 200 acres of farmland in Maryland Heights and it is possible he will build a stadium for the Rams to play in.

Bornstein works for UTW Realty LLC. They have partnered with Kroenke and others to buy the land near Highway 141 and Page Avenue. The land has access to the Creve Couer County Park and Creve Couer Airport. Yet, the partners have not submitted plans to the city for what the land will be used for.

Kroenke has said in the past the he wants to build a stadium costing $2 billion on the property he bought in 2014 in Inglewood, California. The St. Louis Rams might play at that stadium if the move to Los Angeles. There have been discussions to build an NFL stadium in the St. Louis area to keep the team in the city. Kroenke might build a stadium in Maryland Heights or Inglewood but the revenue would not go to the government of the area like some NFL stadiums. He would keep the profits.

Every sports stadium needs a memorable brand image, and a Logo Design company that is local to the Maryland Heights area could help Kroenke come up with it. Soon after, he could sell merchandise to visitors of the stadium.
