Maryland Heights to present shared learning event

Vanessa Van Edwards will be giving a presentation in Maryland Heights on the importance of communication.

Captivate: The Science of Succeeding with People is a presentation that is part of the Mastermind Project. The seminar will give advice to attendees on how to navigate social events such as parties and networking sessions and how to read people’s facial expressions to gauge their emotions. Guests will also learn how to create memorable conversations with others by using words to generate dopamine in listeners.

The Mastermind Project is a monthly shared educational experience that helps attendees achieve personal and professional growth through practical wisdom. The sessions address several topics, such as how people can reignite their passion for work, strengthen relationships, and become a go-to person in their industry. Brian McRae started the project in 2011. Those who put together monthly meetings like this may use poster printing to promote the sessions to target audiences.

Van Edwards’ presentation will be held on Thursday, June 16th at Orlando’s Event Centers. The meeting will take place from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Guests of the seminar do not need to pay for the event, though they may register in advance. Those who are interested in seeing the communication presentation may also view the program online. The Mastermind Project will continue to hold meetings on the third Thursday of all months aside from December.
