Exos Education will host a training program for athletes in January at the Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights.
Exos Performance Mentorship Phase 1 is a multi-day course where people will learn how to improve their athletic abilities by using Exos' four pillars of human performance, which include mindset, nutrition, movement, and recovery. Many other topics will be discussed in the course, like energy systems development, multidirectional speed, and movement preparation. Students will receive Exos Apparel and get access to the Exos Performance Specialist Certification.
The Exos Performance Mentorship is split into three phases. The program's second phase focuses on coaching science and explores how to apply those practices on the field and in the gym. The topics in the second phase include coach collaboration sessions and advanced energy systems. The third phase of the mentorship program deals with pro-performance development and covers subjects like how to develop a performance culture.
The training program will be held from January 25th to January 28th, and each class will last from 8:15am to 5:00pm. The cost to take part in Exos' course is $3,249 per person, though discounts are available for students who purchase their tickets before December 23rd. The reduced price of the program is $2,262. Sports organizations that host training sessions like this may use printing services to make branded Apparel for their participants.Get a Free Quote for Apparel
