EXOS will be holding a special camp for athletes this summer at Mercy Sports Performance in Maryland Heights.
The EXOS Speed & Agility Camp is a multi-day program where young athletes can become faster by receiving specialized training. The camp will teach participants about movement patterns and proper positioning. Campers will also learn how to prepare their bodies for acceleration and multidirectional speed. Up to 50 people can participate in the camp, and the program is intended for athletes ages 10-20. Participants will be put into groups based on their ages and current skill levels.
Mercy Sports Performance is an athletic facility located at the Centene Community Ice Center. The organization has worked with several notable groups, such as the Wash Jr. Football League, St. Louis Cardinals, and the Rawlings Tigers. Many events are held at the venue, including the UnCorked 100K and MVC Arch Madness. The performance manager of the facility is Bret Kelly, and the EXOS coach is Marina Tuono.
The speed and agility camp will be held every Sunday between July 16 and August 6. The cost of the program ranges between $160 and $250. Those who pay for the $250 package will receive access to the venue’s other sport performance classes. People who run athletic camps like this may rely on poster printing to promote their activities.
