Maryland Heights now home to a Hilton

Hilton's Homewood Suites in St. Louis Westport has now opened in Maryland Heights. The hotel is the newest of the hotel giant’s properties.

Officially opened April 12, the hotel has 121 suites and an extended-stay option. Suites come in both studio and one-bedroom form with a kitchen and common area. They also provide Wi-Fi and a hot breakfast.

According to General Manager Jeremiah Essmyer, over 20 million visitors come to St. Louis each year. Being able to have an extended stay makes options more flexible for business or personal trips – especially important because those visitors bring in over $4bn every year.

Essmyer believes the location, suite and stay choices, and various luxuries offered, will make the hotel a popular place. There is a ballroom space totaling 600 square feet for special events, as well as a grocery store, fitness center, indoor pool, barbecue and patio area, and putting green. The hotel participates in the Hilton Honors scheme, so visitors who have signed up for the company's loyalty program can use it there.

The Homewood Suites in Menomonee Falls is at 2434 Old Dorsett Road, close to the Lambert-St Louis International Airport, the Hollywood Casino, Westport Plaza, Creve Coeur Lake, and historic St. Charles.

A new hotel will usually need Brochures listing venues and businesses in order to show visitors what to do and see in the local area during their stay.
