Maryland Heights homes to have weekend opening

McBride & Son Homes is all set to give Maryland Oaks in Maryland Heights its grand opening.

The Maryland Oaks community will be located near I-270 and the Page Extension and will cover 34 acres of land. McBride & Son Homes plan to build 25 attached row homes in a neo-traditional style and 77 single-family residences.

Eight of the homes will be The Manors at Maryland Oaks using the Bayside series model, some featuring a three-car garage. The homes will range from two-story, story-and-a-half, and ranch-style to accommodate for every family size. The Providence Plan and Georgetown Plan from the company's Heritage collection will make up the row homes, which tend to be popular.

According to McBride & Son Homes Chairman of the Board and CEO John F. Eilermann Jr., the diverse housing allows families to upgrade in the community when they expand or downsize their household. The property will also be landscaped to distinguish the different areas and there will be no through traffic.

People are excited at the opportunity to start buying homes in the area once it opens. Special rates for the grand opening have yet to be disclosed but potential residents can visit the community now for additional details. A brochure printing company could help explain the options to future residents so they can decide the best house for them.

The opening will be held this Saturday, May 20.
