The Greater St. Louis Business Aviation Association (GSLBAA) will have a holiday party in January at Syberg’s On Dorsett in Maryland Heights.
The GSLBAA Holiday Party is an event where members can mingle and show their support for the organization by donating to its Red Tail Cadet Program. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served to guests, and additional beverages can be bought at the restaurant’s cash bar. There will also be a festive contest during the party to see which woman has the best-looking earrings and which man has the ugliest tie. Guests may also win door prizes.
The GSLBAA is a group of more than 40 businesses and over 420 active members. Many causes are supported by the organization, like Wings of Hope and the GSLBAA Educational Foundation. The Red Tail Cadet Program is an educational opportunity that helps African Americans earn their pilot’s licenses. The course is a six-week series designed to give students insight into the aviation industry through immersive training and classroom instruction.
The holiday party will be held on January 6 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There is no cost for members of the GSLBAA to attend the event. Those interested in becoming a member can pay $60 per year for a professional membership. Associations that throw parties like this may use poster printing services to promote their celebrations to members.
