Business means fun in upcoming Delaware event
The Consumer Expo and Marketplace is taking place this October, presented by the Delaware Small Business Chamber.
Many local businesses will be showcasing and selling their products during the afternoon event. Plenty of activities will keep the children occupied, such as moon bounces, face painting, jugglers, and a fire truck. Police officer from the region will be handing out finger printing kits while supplies last.
There is also set to be musical entertainment and a demonstration from K9 dogs, along with a scrapple recipe cook-off that costs $10 to enter and is open to everyone. Cash prizes for the pork dish are up for grabs for both amateurs and professionals, together with awards such as Fan Favorite. Winners will feature in an upcoming recipe booklet and online.
No doubt of interest to the gearheads in attendance, a car show taking place too, and the public will be allowed to vote on their favorite.
Chamber members and people living from all around the area, including nearby Wilmington, are sure to be interested in attending this expo. Print companies are likely to have some tasks to complete too, perhaps including the recipe book and promotional flyer printing.
