Head of Music and Theater in Danbury’s Wooster School, pianist and singer Claire Simard will bring the Great American Songbook and musical theater to the stage on April 10.
On April 24, guests can enjoy Ashurst Irish Dancers and get the opportunity to try out some steps afterwards, directed by Ashurst Academy of Irish Dance teachers.
After performing in Europe, Asia, South America and across the U.S., piano duo Beatrice and Christina Long will have a recital May 1.
Audience participation will be one of the highlights in a performance by solo artist Billy Michael, who will be performing May 8.
An evening of love songs and Shakespeare is planned for May 15 as mezzo-soprano singer Gabriela Mikova Johnson takes to the stage with Shakespearean actor Paul Johnson.
Roarin’ Ramblers will play Roarin’ ‘20s and Dixieland jazz on May 22. Guests are encouraged to attend in themed paraphernalia and join in the costume competition.
Finally, violinist Jung Won Yoon and pianist Eric Clark will perform classical music on May 29.
