Major gala to be held by local chamber of commerce

The Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development Council’s 2023 Annual Chamber Gala is coming up this October.

The event celebrates local businesses, highlights the accomplishments of the community, and gives Chamber members a chance to get together and network.

This event will specifically pay homage to the arts of the Colorado Springs, Colorado community. There will be music and dancing as part of an event meant to be more social than business oriented, but officials have noted that networking is always welcome at Chamber events, and attendees are encouraged to bring Business Cards.

Nominations are officially open for the 2023 Chamber & EDC awards, and the winners will be presented at this year’s gala. Names can be but forward for citizen of the year, company of the year, and cultural impact of the year. Individuals can put their nominations forward by visiting the event website. Self-nominations are both welcomed and encouraged.

The event will be held on Saturday, October 7, from 6:00 - 10:00pm. It will open with a one hour cocktail reception, followed by a dinner and program. From there on, it will be dancing, deserts, and socializing.

Tickets are $225 for members and $255 for future members. Corporate tables are available for $2,300. Sponsorships for the event are also still available at the time of writing.
