The Temecula Hilton Home2 Suites recently opened in Temecula.
It is a Hilton hotel with 120 rooms in the wine country of Southern California, only a 10-minute drive from thousands of acres of vineyards and the Pechanga Resort and Casino, the biggest venue for gaming in the state.
The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, dining room, business center, fitness room, space for entertainment. There has been an increased demand for hotels in the Temecula area in response to an increasing number of tourists and the Rancho California Business Park, which is home to several leading technology and pharmaceutical firms.
The Home2 Suites brand of Hilton is geared towards those leisure and corporate travelers as well as families that plan to stay for several days or up to weeks. Promotional Products can be used so that such travelers become aware of brands like this when planning extended visits.
The project was funded by EB5 Capital. The company’s Senior Vice President of Global Operations, Brian Ostar, commented that the company is excited about opening its fourth project in the state. It now has six projects in the state that have been opened or are under construction.
Director of Asset Management, David Slavit, added that there is always a rewarding feeling when an EB5 project has completed the full construction cycle, which starts with groundbreaking and ends with a grand opening.
