Bestop PRP will be moving its headquarters into a 43,000-square-foot space in Temecula after Avison Young recently completed a five-year industrial lease on the property.
The company manufactures off-road vehicle suspension seats and plans to move into the space after renovations are finished.
The space is almost half of a 91,000-square-foot building located on Business Park Drive. The building was constructed in 1987 and is situated on 4.8 acres of land. There is a showroom, 28-foot high ceilings with skylights, and space for creating offices.
Cody Lerner, a Senior Associate with Avison Young, said that this facility is more than four times the size of its current location in the Temecula Valley. This larger facility will enable the company to expand its operations and produce more goods to keep up with demand, while also improving its efficiency.
Stationery printers are often used when companies move their corporate headquarters and need to inform their customers of their new address and other information. Business card printing orders can also help keep the public up to speed.
Bestop PRP has a sister company, Bestop, that primarily supplies Jeep ragtops and is based in Denver. Avison Young is headquartered in Toronto, Canada and is a commercial real estate services firm that was founded in 1978.
Bestop PRP plans to move into the space in April 2019.
