The Inland Region has recognized Temecula Valley Hospital as one of the Top Workplaces for 2018.
The Inland News Group issues this award and creates a list, based feedback from employees who fill out a third-party survey which is administered by Energage, LLC, a research partner of the news group. The survey is anonymous and measures several aspects of workplace culture, including connection, execution, and alignment.
CEO of Energage, Doug Claffey, commented that Top Workplaces is more than an acknowledgement. Research done by his company shows that organizations that earn this award deliver better results for the bottom line, have a lower turnover rate in personnel, and attract better talent. He added that becoming a Top Workplace is something that organizations earn and achieve and gives them an edge over their competition.
CEO of Temecula Valley Hospital, Darlene Wetton, said that it is very exciting to be recognized as a Top Workplace for the second year in a row. Everyone at the hospital is committed to its vision, which is reflected in the service provided for patients and the community in general every day of the year.
Temecula Valley Hospital specializes in neuroscience services and open-heart surgery and provides a soothing environment for its patients with spacious lounges, natural light, and scenic views.
A number of printing services can be used in situations like these to inform the community of such honors and distinctions.
