Roseville model railway fans will find plenty to make them smile when they attend a local function planned with them in mind.
The International Railfair Show is set to pull into Roseville for two days this October, and it will be held at the Roebbelen Center. This activity is expected to attract hobbyists from a wide area.
The plans for the weekend will see vendors and clubs set up an assortment of track layouts, and the attendees will be able to see a variety of them in full operation. The snack bar will be open, and a consignment shop and its buying opportunities will be on offer for the crowd. Both North American and European-style railroads will be included, and to help pique the interest of the kids in the crowd, they will be able to try their hand at operating model trains for themselves.
