Halloween is a favorite holiday for many kids, but this year, adults will be joining in the spooky fun of the season here in Roseville.
Players in the October fundraiser at Morgan Creek Golf Club, will be teeing off in support of the Alzheimer’s Aid Society of Northern California. The venue is located at 8791 Morgan Creek Lane in Roseville, where golfers will be helping to carry on the work of Bea and John Gorman.
The tournament will see players vie for the top spot, and prizes will be presented to those with the best scores. Men’s and women’s longest drives and a putting contest are on the agenda, and to thank the vendors for their support, an award will be presented for the Top Vendor Display. A cash award will be on the way to the golfer who wins the putting contest.
As well as the prizes on the block, the attendees will be invited to bid on an assortment of Corporate Gifts and experiences in the silent auction. Entertainment and food will round out the experience.
This chance to do a good turn “fore” those living with Alzheimer’s disease is scheduled to tee off on Friday, October 13. Anyone who has questions has been asked to consult the Alzheimer’s Aid Society of Northern California’s website for further information.
