Food Truck Mania will soon be returning to Roseville, and residents have already begun to clear their plates for everything in store.
This event is meant to celebrate local food vendors, and to showcase some of their gourmet delicacies. Specifically, it is a corporate publicity event organized by SactoMoFo; a professional catering service vendors use to promote their services. Similar festivities are also held throughout other locations within Southern California, such as Plumas Lake and Sacramento.
