Next month, the City of Roseville Town Concerts on the Square series will be presenting a night of classic rock featuring the Foreigner cover band, Foreigner Unauthorized.
The event will be free, food trucks will be plentiful, and beverages can be purchased around the square.
Foreigner Unauthorized was formed back in 2012 in Fresno to recreate the high-energy rock music of Foreigner. The band’s lead vocalist Allen Woodward, lead guitarist Max De Vivo, Rik Willmitch on guitar and synth, bassist Jim Belt, Scot Nielsen on drums, and David Locher on keyboards will be belting out those tunes that Foreigner made so well-known across three decades.
Guests can expect to hear the likes of ‘Feels Like the First Time’, ‘I Want to Know What Love Is’ and ‘Waiting for a Girl Like You’. Fans may want to check with the band to see if it has Promotional Products to sell or give away, such as Posters, promotional Pens, and other souvenirs.
This will be the next to last performance for this year’s concert series. Swift County, a Taylor Swift cover band, performed this month, and the final group will be the famous Cripple Creek Band.
The concert will be Saturday, August 20 and will begin at 7:30 pm on the Vernon Street Town Square at 311 Vernon Street, here in Roseville.
