Businesspeople and those looking to enter the field from all walks of life will congregate in Roseville later this month as it hosts Roseville 2015, a business event that is being marketed as South Placer’s Premiere Business Event.
It promises to be a networking event as well, which means that those who plan to attend need to make sure their digital Business Cards are up to date.
There are currently more than 700 business leaders scheduled to attend and serve as presenters, speakers or leaders of activity groups and to present awards for Young Professional of the Year, the Entrepreneur Award, and the Business of the Year Award. People both in and out of business are also invited to attend the event, whether to network, learn more about business in this part of the state, or to break into a business field. Recent college graduates are also encouraged to make an appearance.
The Business Event will take place Thursday, May 14, from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Bayside Blue Oaks Campus, 10000 Alantown Dr., Roseville. Sponsorships are still available via the website, and volunteers are still needed to help carry off the event. They keynote speech will be given by Seth Mattison. Lunch, courtesy of Randy Peters Catering, will be served at 12:30, and a networking reception will be held at 2:30. Tickets are $99.
