A business professional’s event known as the ‘Southampton and Hampshire Development Plans’ will look ahead at development ambitions for the area through to 2036.
Presentations from key investors, developers and authorities responsible for forging the regeneration and future development in both the local and wider area will feature. Among others, major proposed Plans for development will be showcased, such as Aster Group’s home building programme with a £2 billion investment and Southampton City Council’s latest strategic master plan.
