Winchester’s Piecaramba! shop has been serving its customers with comic Books, pie and mash. The Southampton restaurant could provide a similar mix of items. It is also the case that events and private parties are likely to be held in the function room of the building. Flyers from Southampton Hedge End might be used to promote the new venture.
The owner of Piecaramba!, Rob Litchfield revealed:
“We have worked really hard to establish ourselves in Winchester, and we are really excited to be in a position to open another store, and spread the good word of the pie. We wanted to open another one as quickly as possible, and not fall into a position where we got too comfortable with just one store.”
Litchfield is ambitious about the future of the firm. He has every intention of continuing with the expansion policy. Furthermore, he has identified specific places which may be appropriate for the chain. However, he is not committed to a particular timescale, so the organisation has flexibility going forward.
When it comes to the planned Southampton eatery, the date for the opening is yet to be announced. However, the aspiration is that all the preparations for the big day will have been completed prior to the end of December.
