Murder mystery to entertain Hedge End

A theatre in Southampton’s Hedge End will present an improvised murder mystery on stage this spring.

Hedge End residents with a love of Agatha Christie can participate in a unique murder mystery experience this April. Southampton’s beloved Berry Theatre is hosting a spring show called “Murder, She Didn't Write”, presented by Wildpark Entertainment.

Talent agencies promoting acts and shows often enlist skilful poster printing services to create eye-catching imagery they can use to advertise and entice the public to attend.

The interactive experience is performed by Degrees of Error, a troupe who have proved favourites at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The sleuthing show has enjoyed sold out success and is returning for another tour in 2025. Actors create a traditional murder mystery right on the spot through ingenious improvisational comedy with audience input. As a result, every show is completely unique.

Those attending can try and solve the clues and crack who the killer is before they are revealed with a colourful cast of characters to choose from including Professor Violet, Dr Blue and Ms Gold.

Murder, She Didn't Write will now be on stage at the Berry Theatre on Saturday, March 22. The show begins at 7:30 pm and tickets are priced at £25 per person. The theatre is simple to find on Wildern Lane, in Hedge End, Southampton.
