A local community centre in Southampton’s Hedge End will be presenting a night of traditional Western-US dancing later this year.
Those who enjoy dancing and country music around Southampton will not want to miss an event coming to Hedge End this autumn. Taking place in November, the Barn Dance Hedge End Carnival will take place at the Village Hall, and those from the local community aged 12 years and over are invited to attend.
Organisers of community events around the UK often use flyer printing services to produce informational circulars that encourage attendance and present important details like start times, prices and age restrictions.
A fun-filled occasion for family and friends, no partner or dancing experience is required to take part in the square dance routine. Those who wish to attend will be able to learn all the moves they need on the evening.
Food and drink will not be available to buy at the event, but all attending are invited to bring along their own snacks and alcohol. While dressing up cowboy-style is encouraged for the dance, it is not compulsory on the night.
The barn dance will take place on Saturday 18th November at the Village Hall on St John's Road in Hedge End, Southampton. The dance will begin at 7.30pm and run until 10.30pm, with tickets priced at £10 per person.
