This summer, a Timmins venue will be celebrating all things Italian, and it will be four days of food, friends and fun.
Italy is well known for the richness of its culture as well as its food, and the Porcupine Dante Club will be putting these front and centre. There are lots of activities on its agenda, and while some will be for adults, others will be family friendly.
The schedule will kick off on Thursday evening with a comedy show that includes dinner, and the next day, Dante’s patio will be open for dining under the stars. Reservations are required, and there will be a special menu for the occasion. Saturday is reserved for the Il Mercato meal and Rock the Block, which is an outdoor concert, and it is scheduled for Cedar Street. The agenda wraps up on Sunday with a street party, and this will boast Italian fare, including desserts, as well as a classic car show, live entertainment and fun for the kids.
