Time to take part in a Halloween tradition in Timmins

The 6th annual Spook Walk, a guided 2.2 kilometre walk through a haunted trail, will take place at the Rainbow Stables this weekend. Since it will be dark and scary monsters will be popping up from time to time, guests are advised to wear proper footwear and to bring a flashlight.

It will be a great way to get the kids in the mood for Halloween, although that is perhaps unlikely to be a problem for parents in the area. Organizers will no doubt be working with Timmins printing companies to help them prepare for the event. Flyers are often be sent out to the community prior to events like this, perhaps via email, post, distribution on the street, and by being left in public buildings.

The Rainbow Stables teaches therapeutic riding to those with mental and physical disabilities. It also offers regular riding lessons to the general public. Therapeutic riding programs have been shown to increase the confidence of the riders, as well as offering them many physical benefits.

The spooky walk will take place at the Rainbow Stables on October 19 - 20 from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm each night. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for those aged 14 and under, with proceeds going to support Rainbow Stables.
