A mini “manicure day” is on offer for Halifax pets, and whether their animal companion is a dog, cat, bunny or bird, all pet owners are invited to drop by.
The Fall River PetValu will be partnering with 10,000 Carrots Rabbit Rescue to host a special event offering animal nail trims and other services. Those who pay a visit to the location will be able to learn more about 10,000 Carrots and what it does. They can meet some of the rabbits that are looking for a forever home to call their own, and they can also learn about rabbit care. Baked goods will be available for purchase, and the monies raised will be used by the group for its rescue, fostering, adoption and educational programming.
One of the features of this event that may be of interest to those considering adopting a new furry friend is that it will provide an opportunity for them to find out more about rabbit care, nutrition, housing and other information.
