• What are setup charges?
  Because promotional products are custom items, there are setup charges. A setup charge is the cost of preparing the equipment to produce your promotional products.
• What are custom design charges?
  Design charges may be applied to orders for the custom design work involved to make sure your promotional items look their best. Consistent design and brand presentation may increase your revenue.
• Is there a minimum quantity and what does it mean for your orders?
  Most promotional products are priced by quantity and there are usually low minimum quantities used to keep your costs down. A minimum quantity order is a standard guideline that allows you to receive the best pricing for your promotional products.
• What is the price listed per piece and why does the price go down with higher quantities ordered?
  The more you buy, the less you will have to pay per item because the setup charges associated with your items are spread across each one produced. For example, if you are printing 10,000 promotional pens, the price per pen will be cheaper than 1,000 pens because the setup and labor costs are spread across more items.
• What is central facility vs. in-house production?
  We produce many promotional products in-house but some are produced at our central facility, which allows us to provide the widest variety of custom promotional products at the most affordable prices. Central facility orders may add processing and delivery times to your order.
